This position is open for candidates located in Medellin, Bogota, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga. JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Lean Solutions Group is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting at the top of the sales funnel. This role involves engaging with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone to schedule qualified discovery calls for the Account Executive (AE) team. The SDR plays a key role in driving company growth by identifying high-potential leads and initiating meaningful business conversations. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage with potential clients in the logistics industry. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create personalized outreach messages. Schedule qualified discovery calls with leads that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in HubSpot. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to optimize messaging and outreach strategy. Follow up consistently on leads and scheduled calls to ensure high conversion rates. Analyze KPIs and adjust prospecting strategies to improve performance and results. Ensure compliance with internal data management and confidentiality protocols. Basic Education and Required Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Experience using CRM platforms to manage and track leads and opportunities. Goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
