Máte vzdelanie alebo prax v oblasti stavebníctva a chuť sa venovať obchodu alebo máte prax v obchode a vidíte svoju budúcnosť v stavebníctve?

Hľadáme projektového špecialistu/špecialistku, ktorý/á bude prinášať čerstvý vzduch a denné svetlo vybraným cieľovým skupinám zákazníkov (projektanti, architekti, developeri, investori, stavebné firmy). Spolu s tímom piatich obchodných zástupcov v regióne Slovenska bude aktívne udržiavať a rozvíjať vzťahy s cieľom inšpirovať zákazníkov pomocou dostupných podkladov a nástrojov a tým zaistiť aktívne využívanie výrobkov VELUX v realizovaných projektoch.

Hlavné úlohy:
  1. Zvýšiť trhový podiel spoločnosti VELUX na trhu vo zverenej oblasti a dosiahnuť alebo prekročiť predajné ciele vo všetkých kľúčových oblastiach (predaj strešných okien, zatieňovacích doplnkov, svetlovodov, vonkajších roliet, …)
  2. Aktívne vyhľadávať nové obchodné príležitosti vo zverenej oblasti a identifikovať zákazníkov s rastovým potenciálom
  3. Vykonávať školenia pre jednotlivé skupiny zákazníkov (projektanti, architekti)
  4. Riadiť kľúčové projektové zákazky. V rámci riadenia projektov plánovať, organizovať a prípadne delegovať činnosti na oblastných zástupcov
  5. Podieľať sa na výstavách a spoločných aktivitách so zákazníkmi v súlade so stratégiou spoločnosti
  6. Reportovať relevantné dáta o zákazníkoch, návštevách a projektoch do CRM systému
Ideálny kandidát/ka by mal/a mať:
  1. VŠ/SŠ stavebného zamerania – nie je podmienkou
  2. Prax v oblasti obchodu je vítaná, ale radi dáme šancu aj absolventom
  3. Znalosť angličtiny (aspoň na úrovni B2 -komunikatívne)
  4. Hľadáme kandidáta či kandidátku s bydliskom v Bratislave a ochotou cestovať tri dni v týždni v teréne (Celá SR, ale väčšinu času sa budete pohybovať na západe SR). Preto je potrebné mať vodičský preukaz
  5. Dôležitá je pre nás aj osobnosť, chceme nájsť človeka, ktorý je tímovo zameraný, cieľavedomý a dokáže sa zorientovať vo viacerých rozbehnutých projektoch, stanoviť si priority a doťahuje veci do konca.
