PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Customer Services and Delivery board area. ECS focuses on delivery of managed cloud services with a Client Delivery Management (CDM) team within SAP ECS.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for an accomplished SAP Technology Consultant to join our SAP ECS team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will support our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

Technical Service Managers help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and achieve business values from their SAP landscape. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, analyzing customer business requirements and resolving technical complexities throughout their cloud transformation journey.

  • Primary contact for customers regarding technology and innovations, serving as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services.
  • Identify and position offerings by SAP ECS that deliver value to the customer.
  • Offer knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
  • Understand SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies.
  • Experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades.
  • Identify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of action items across customer landscapes.
  • Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios (good to have).
  • Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP Basis, HANA, S/4); certification is highly beneficial.
  • Work experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP); certification is a plus.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented with experience in cross-cultural teams.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • English (advanced/fluent written & spoken).

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years of total experience in SAP Technical Administration (preferably in SAP Basis).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent de-escalation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and SAP HANA/Sybase databases.

LOCATION

Bogota, Colombia

Work model: hybrid - 3x a week onsite
