SAP SE is seeking an accomplished SAP Technology Consultant to join our team as a Technical Service Manager. As a trusted technical advisor, you will support customers in their SAP S/4 HANA adoption journey and help them accelerate their cloud transformation.
**About the Role**
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Technical Administration, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and de-escalation abilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality services to customers and resolving technical complexities
- Analyzing customer business requirements and problems
- Working across departments to provide comprehensive solutions
- Serving as an escalation point for technical issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
- Solid knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP Basis, HANA, S/4)
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Unix/Linux flavors
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Sybase databases
