Business Development Representative (Part-Time) – Colombia We are a growing BPO company looking for a part-time Business Development Representative to join our team in Colombia. This role is key to our growth, as you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process from discovery to proposal to closing . If you’re empathetic, love speaking with clients, and have the ability to convey trust and confidence, this could be your next great opportunity. What You’ll Do Conduct discovery calls with leads generated by our marketing team. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals that align with client needs. Lead closing calls and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with prospects. Confidently communicate across different areas (marketing, accounting, customer service) to address client questions and pain points. ✅ What We’re Looking For Based in Colombia . C1 English level (spoken and written). Previous experience in the BPO industry or selling professional services is a strong plus. High empathy and strong communication skills — you enjoy connecting with people. Excellent listening skills and ability to understand client needs. Ability to transmit security and knowledge during client interactions. Comfort in learning about and explaining different business areas. Strong closing skills with a track record of achieving results. Self-driven, organized, and proactive. What We Offer Part-time role with flexible schedule.
