Join us and build your ambition Customer Service Assistant Key Responsibilities: Attend to and provide first-contact solutions to all user requirements (clients, suppliers, employees). Manage requirements within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Document and assign requirements to necessary areas for timely resolution. Gather required data in each user interaction to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Report timely failures identified during service delivery related to assigned platforms and resources. Requirements: Technical graduate in Administration or Finance-related careers, OR University students between the 1st and 4th semester of Administration, Engineering, or similar administrative careers. Less than one year in similar roles (customer service and/or call center). Compensation and Benefits: Language bonus (B2 Level): $517.000 COP 4 extra-legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each. Annual corporate performance bonus. Monthly food vouchers. 12 half-days off per year. Birthday leave. 66% coverage of a prepaid health plan. Life insurance.
