Customer Service Assistant

Provide agile attention with high standards of quality and operational excellence to all requirements from our clients, suppliers, and employees, maximizing first-contact resolution in compliance with established policies and procedures, to positively impact user satisfaction in every service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and provide first-contact solutions to all user requirements (clients, suppliers, employees).
  • Manage requirements within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Document and assign requirements to necessary areas for timely resolution.
  • Gather required data in each user interaction to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Report timely failures identified during service delivery related to assigned platforms and resources.

Requirements:

  • Technical graduate in Administration or Finance-related careers, OR University students between the 1st and 4th semester of Administration, Engineering, or similar administrative careers.
  • Less than one year in similar roles (customer service and/or call center).
  • English B2 (Required).

Auxiliar de Servicio al Cliente

Brindar una atención ágil, con altos estándares de calidad y excelencia operativa a todos los requerimientos de nuestros clientes, proveedores y empleados, buscando maximizar las soluciones en primer contacto de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, con el fin de impactar positivamente en la satisfacción de nuestros usuarios en cada servicio que se presta.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Atender y proporcionar soluciones en primer contacto a todos los requerimientos de clientes, proveedores y empleados.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos dentro de los niveles de servicio acordados (SLAs).
  • Documentar y asignar los requerimientos a las áreas necesarias para facilitar una respuesta oportuna.
  • Reunir datos en cada interacción para hacer seguimiento a los indicadores de gestión.
  • Reportar fallas en plataformas o recursos asignados para mantener las herramientas operativas óptimas.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico graduado en carreras afines a la Administración o Finanzas preferiblemente, O Tecnólogo/Universitario entre 1.º y 4.º semestre de Administración, Ingenierías afines o carreras administrativas.
  • Minimo 6 meses de experiencia en cargos similares (servicio al cliente y/o
    call center
    ).
  • Inglés B2 (Requerido).
