Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo Lead Field Service Rep.
Serás el responsable de prestar asistencia técnica a los clientes actuales. Experto en instalación de equipos y análisis de sistemas. Encarna el liderazgo en seguridad. Responsable de la asistencia técnica a los clientes. Desarrolla la comprensión de los demás basándose en su experiencia; entrena/asesora a otros representantes de servicio de campo. Reconocido como experto en un área como mínimo.
Funciones:
- Visita de refuerzo de equipos y manutención preventiva.
- Realización de presentaciones a los clientes y reportes de servicio.
- Planificación de Visitas por Zonas.
- Servicio y contacto con clientes.
- Capacitaciones al personal sobre los productos instalados.
- Seguimiento a los requerimientos del cliente. Cumple con las normas de seguridad de la Compañía para la cual trabajan (Cliente Final) o las de ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. si son estas más exigentes.
- Vela por el normal funcionamiento de las plantas de tratamiento.
- Provee de los servicios de agua a todas las áreas de la Compañía para la cual se presta el servicio.
- Dosifica los productos químicos ECOLAB COLOMBIA S.A. requeridos para los sistemas.
- Hace análisis de laboratorio y verifica los parámetros de control.
- Detecta a tiempo las posibles fallas en los procesos.
Cualificaciones:
- Profesional en Ingeniería Química o carreras afines a la industria.
- 3 o más años de experiencia en roles similares con manejo de equipos a cargo.
