On-Site Technical Support L2

Main responsibilities
- Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización.
- Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas.
- Personal encargado de la atención en sitio de los incidentes y/o requerimientos que se reciben en Mesa de Servicio y que el Primer nivel no logró solucionar en la primera atención.
- Atención de casos reportados por las sucursales a nivel nacional a través de herramienta de conexión remota inicialmente y seguimiento a la labor realizada por los técnicos en sitio que van a las sucursales de todo el país.
Requirements and skills
- Dos años de experiencia mínima específica en el Soporte de hardware, software de equipos de cómputo para usuario final e infraestructura, con conocimiento en la herramienta ofertada. Conocimientos y/o experiencia en las prácticas y gestión ITIL 4 Foundation (deseable certificación)
- Título de Formación Tecnológica o aprobación de 7 semestres de Formación Universitaria Profesional o título profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o a fines a estas ingenierías. Diploma o certificado de aprobación de cursos de sistemas operativos Microsoft en cualquiera de sus versiones.
- Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio (B1)
