Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Specialist.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales of Bluestone products. This role will be responsible for optimizing our digital storefront, enhancing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in e-commerce and a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and availability for Bluestone products.
  • Regularly update site content, promotions, and product descriptions to optimize SEO and user engagement, particularly focusing on Bluestone product features.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including paid advertisements, social media advertising and email outreach, tailored to promote Bluestone products.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI. Provide exceptional online customer service by addressing inquiries related to Bluestone product specifications, applications, and availability.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to implement improvements in service and products.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure inventory levels of Bluestone products are accurately reflected online.
  • Identify and promote high-demand products, focusing on inventory turnover and revenue growth.
  • Analyze data on site performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Stay updated on trends in the stone and construction materials industries to refine e-commerce strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in stone products, construction materials, or related industries, with direct experience in Bluestone products.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
