Sales and Growth Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at Queen Catalina Plastic Surgery Clinic. As a vital member of our business development team, this individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging high-potential leads.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or medical services. They will have hands-on experience with CRM tools and a proven track record of lead generation and conversion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Building relationships with prospects to assess their needs and interests.
- Qualifying leads using consultative sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC).
The chosen candidate will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining continuous communication with prospects through regular email and call updates.
- Providing market insights and feedback on common patient objections.
- Contributing to content creation to attract and convert leads.
