We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at Queen Catalina Plastic Surgery Clinic. As a vital member of our business development team, this individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging high-potential leads.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or medical services. They will have hands-on experience with CRM tools and a proven track record of lead generation and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Building relationships with prospects to assess their needs and interests.
  3. Qualifying leads using consultative sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC).

The chosen candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining continuous communication with prospects through regular email and call updates.
  2. Providing market insights and feedback on common patient objections.
  3. Contributing to content creation to attract and convert leads.
