Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist at UnifyCX, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for reaching out to new prospects, helping them see how UnifyCX can be a great solution to their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research prospective customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Contact decision-makers using various channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, video tools, or other emerging platforms provided by the company.
  • Have well-defined targets for activity and success.
  • Maintain tenacity and persistence to achieve high-level results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong appetite for success and the drive of a self-starter.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and processes.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Practical experience with common CRM systems is a plus.
  • College education preferred or High School Diploma and relevant experience.
