Overview

En PMX, Bogotá estamos en búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Director Pricing y Accountability. Su misión se centrará en liderar y alinear las estrategias de pricing y accountability de Publicis para garantizar que los mercados locales cuenten con las mejores ofertas de precios tanto para clientes actuales como potenciales. Este rol es clave para supervisar que se cumplan los KPIs y las garantías de precios establecidas con los clientes, evitando penalizaciones y asegurando la rentabilidad de la agencia.

El Director de Pricing y Accountability colabora directamente con los líderes regionales y equipos locales, proporcionando guías estratégicas para optimizar las inversiones en medios, mantener competitividad en el mercado, y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes mediante propuestas claras y rentables.

Responsibilities

  1. Definición de Estrategias de Precios y Ofertas Competitivas: Desarrollar estrategias de pricing alineadas con las metas comerciales de Publicis, asegurando competitividad para atraer nuevos clientes y mantener los actuales. Guiar a los mercados locales en la creación de propuestas comerciales que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y rentabilidad esperados.
  2. Control de KPIs y Garantías de Precio: Supervisar el cumplimiento de las garantías de precios y métricas de desempeño (CPM, CPC, reach, viewability, Brand Safety) comprometidas con los clientes. Implementar sistemas de control que permitan identificar y mitigar riesgos de penalizaciones por incumplimiento de KPIs.
  3. Alineación Regional y Coordinación Local: Proveer lineamientos claros a los mercados locales sobre cómo negociar y optimizar acuerdos con proveedores de medios. Asegurar que las prácticas de pricing sean consistentes en toda la región, garantizando un estándar de calidad uniforme.
  4. Relaciones con Clientes y Propuestas de Valor: Supervisar que las propuestas comerciales sean claras, competitivas y reflejen el valor agregado de Publicis como socio estratégico. Participar en negociaciones clave con clientes, destacando la capacidad de la agencia para entregar valor mientras se maximizan los resultados.
  5. Gestión de Riesgos y Rentabilidad: Analizar constantemente los márgenes de rentabilidad y la sostenibilidad de las propuestas de precios. Prevenir penalizaciones mediante auditorías regulares de las campañas y cumplimiento de los compromisos acordados con los clientes.
  6. Liderazgo y Dirección Estratégica: Coordinar y desarrollar a los equipos locales de pricing, asegurando que tengan las herramientas necesarias para ejecutar estrategias efectivas. Ser un punto de referencia para resolver problemas complejos relacionados con precios o garantías incumplidas.
  7. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.
Qualifications

  • Al menos 7 años de experiencia en roles estratégicos de servicio al cliente, gestión comercial en agencias de medios o industrias similares.
  • Conocimiento sólido de métricas de medios y prácticas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajo en entornos colaborativos regionales.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación con clientes y stakeholders internos.
