Coupa Software is seeking a highly skilled Deal Desk Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for finance and sales operations professionals who are passionate about analyzing data and finding creative solutions to complex business challenges. As a key member of our North America Deal Desk function, you will play a crucial role in managing deals from start to finish, ensuring that all agreements have appropriate booking packages and proof of delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage the Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing process for our North American customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various licensing models, including named and concurrent users, ELAs, term and subscription-based pricing, as well as hosted (SaaS) and Cloud models.
- Collaborate with the Field Organization to support them throughout the customer/contracting lifecycle, from Lead-to-Quote-to-Contract-to-Order-to-Booking-to-Renewal/Cross-sell/Up-sell.
- Review and respond to RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's, and establish and enforce contracting guidelines and methodology.
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in related fields; Software Sales/Software Accounting/Finance/Revenue Recognition/Legal/ Sales Planning/Operations or Business Contracting.
- Excellent understanding of various licensing models and revenue recognition considerations.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; program and project management skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be comfortable presenting business cases and complex pricing proposals to senior executives.
- Experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics Tools; Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Enterprise quoting and exception approval workflow systems.
