Back Office Support (Sunday to Thursday) - On Site Medellin

As a Back Office Support, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  1. Collect, review and audit all paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Ensure all paperwork is correctly indexed in the system.
  3. Confirm that all changes are accurately entered into the system.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Education: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
  2. Experience: At least 6 months of experience with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered.
  3. Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.

Perks:

  1. Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  2. Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  3. Location: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
  4. Salary: $2,600,000 COP + Transportation Allowance ($162,000 COP).
