As a **Back Office Support**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and billing processes.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Collect, review, and audit all paperwork and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with our client's operational processes.
- Process invoices and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing.
- Confirm that all changes are accurately recorded in the system.
- Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Education**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**:At least** 6 months of experience** with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, customer service or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., **following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**:Only for **Medellín**. This position will be **on-site **at** WeWork Santa Fe. **After the first two months, it will be hybrid (2 days remote and 3 on-site).
- **Salary**: $ 2'200.000 COP + Transportation Allowance ($ 162.000 COP).
