Job Description: UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla.

What Will You Do? As The Senior Operations Manager you will provide an inspired sense of leadership by overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts, consisting of teams of contact center agents, team leaders, and operations managers. This role will contribute to the growth of UnifyCX by partnering with and supporting the efforts of the departments in the organization and client success managers by helping to drive overall performance and results.

Who You Are: To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

  1. 5+ years of proven operations manager experience
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent leadership and management abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  7. Experience in Six Sigma methodology preferred
  8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  9. Ability to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, systems, contract guidelines, and other required policies and procedures
  10. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
