Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts, consisting of teams of contact center agents, team leaders, and operations managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inspired leadership by overseeing account operations
- Partner with departments and client success managers to drive overall performance and results
To be considered, candidates must have:
- 5+ years of proven operations manager experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Experience in Six Sigma methodology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, systems, contract guidelines, and other required policies and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
