As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales process, from identifying a lead to closing new clients across all of Latin America (except Brazil). You will benefit from inbound leads to identify opportunities. You will run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. This role allows the option to work remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid model. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a plus, to be considered for this role. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. Identify challenges that prospective customers face that can be solved with inbound marketing strategies. Close new business consistently at or above quota level. Serve as a brand enthusiast for HubSpot’s suite of products and solutions. Follow up on highly qualified opportunities across Latin America. Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as enhancements are introduced or new products are released. Contribute knowledge, strategies, and ideas to advance the company’s values, culture, and vision. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. 1-5+ years of selling experience, preferably within a web technologies or innovative online product environment. Experience prospecting in a high-volume environment. Experience conducting discovery calls and demonstrating value propositions. Experience in a sales team that consistently achieves goals. Experience in a startup environment is preferable. Strong goal orientation and ability to advance the department vision. Emotional intelligence and a strong work ethic. High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication and closing skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com.
