Job Title: Media Performance Director

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled Media Performance Director to lead our media vertical in Peru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performance media strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute media strategies that optimize campaign performance and drive client satisfaction.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a top-tier team in Peru, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Client Success: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring their media investments drive expected outcomes.
  4. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily media campaign delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  5. Team Connection & Support: Connect with the broader media team, providing support for specific needs and facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies.
  7. Financial Accountability: Manage financial aspects of media campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and client budgets are utilized to achieve the best possible results.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in digital media, with a deep specialization in Performance Media.
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  3. Demonstrated success in driving client results through innovative media strategies and tactical execution.
  4. Extensive knowledge of digital media platforms and an in-depth understanding of the Performance Media landscape.
  5. Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make decisions that enhance campaign performance.
  6. Excellent communication skills in leading teams and engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Advanced expertise in campaign management/optimization and digital media operations.
  9. Fluency in English (CEFR C1) is required, with proficiency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
