**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Development Manager to spearhead our BPO Solutions Services in South America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to market strategies that drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute opportunity plans to promote our value proposition across targeted lines of business
- Work closely with partners to achieve sales targets and cultivate relationships with key clients
- Analyze customer requirements and market information to identify sales opportunities and allocate resources effectively
- Promote the company brand through events such as product seminars, publications, and exhibitions
- Strengthen customer relationships by organizing activities like company visits, courtesy calls, and project updates
- Finalize after-sales maintenance services contracts with customers
- Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within specific accounts
- Attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, with over 5 years of working experience
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to articulate business value to potential customers
- Knowledge of BPO areas, E2E processes, and market environment and competition
- Comprehensive knowledge and insight into banking and industry trends
- Business-level English fluency
- Program/project management skills and knowledge are an asset
