- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Strong sales growth across the region of responsibility with current and new customers.
- Define and achieve the annual business plan for each country and brand.
- Leads the distribution network to deliver top line growth, expansive market coverage, market share growth and new customer wins.
- Provides on-field coaching and guidance to each customer.
- Ensures alignment of distributors with M+H business strategy and objectives.
- Nurturing business relationships with targeted/ strategic automotive & industrial customers.
- YOUR PROFILE- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Experience:
- Senior level with more than 10 years of relevant experience in Sales through wholesale distributors.
- Previous experience in filtration is desirable
- Sound market knowledge of Automotive sectors.
- Language: Fluent English
- Multitask abilities and strong drive and determination to achieve meaningful results.
- Proven track-record of delivering results through others and maximizing business opportunities.
