At Emapta Latam, we're on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry with innovative outsourcing solutions. As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing inventory for maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies for your portfolio of properties.
- Collaborate closely with the revenue team to innovate and build internal processes and SOPs.
- Define inventory and rate strategies for properties across all revenue segments and channels.
- Build and execute pricing strategies for your portfolio, including plans for achieving revenue and RevPAR targets.
- Track revenue management KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze competitive dynamics with a strong understanding of local markets to exceed budgeted revenue.
- Forecast future monthly performance for each property through quantitative market analysis.
- Establish effective partnerships with the sales team, developing and adhering to a rate quoting/approval process.
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to effectively utilize the budget for the most profitable channel mix strategy.
- Partner with the operations team to optimize guest experiences and incorporate feedback into pricing strategy adjustments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to assist the product team in building tools to optimize revenue.

- English Level: C1.
- 5+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties.
- Analytical and data-driven in decision-making, able to sift through large amounts of data and devise creative solutions to complex problems.
- Comfortable with change and an extraordinary problem solver; thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments and are self-motivated.
- Strong individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset, willing to take on heavy lifting for the benefit of the team, even when not directly responsible.
- Eager learner passionate about finding the next dollar; fascinated by the dynamics of consumer (and ideally hospitality) businesses, and enjoy understanding customer behavior to influence product or pricing strategies that generate additional revenue.
- Excellent communicator with healthy habits of documenting decisions and regularly sharing status updates.
Education:
Degree in Finance or a related field.Tech Stack:
