At Emapta Latam, we're seeking a skilled Senior Revenue Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our revenue management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to innovate and improve internal processes and SOPs.
  • Define inventory and rate strategies to ensure optimal distribution across all revenue segments and channels.
  • Build and execute pricing strategies to achieve revenue and RevPAR targets.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue management KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics and local markets to exceed budgeted revenue.
  • Forecast future monthly performance for each property through quantitative market analysis.
  • Establish effective partnerships with the sales team to develop and adhere to a rate quoting/approval process.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to optimize channel mix strategies.
  • Partner with the operations team to optimize guest experiences and incorporate feedback into pricing strategy adjustments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with change and an extraordinary problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel modeling skills, including modeling and data report presentations.
