Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

At Endava Limited, we're harnessing technology to drive meaningful change. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in developing and refining our clients' product strategies and roadmaps.

This is a unique opportunity to explore the payments ecosystem, design cutting-edge experiences, and unlock new global payment volume for our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product ideas, prioritize requirements, and coordinate downstream releases.
  2. Set short- and mid-range roadmaps that align with our clients' organizational goals and product strategies.
  3. Lead the team in setting measurable and achievable goals for our clients' products.
  4. Collaborate with engineering on product design and facilitate the creation and tracking of revenue and product usage goals.
  5. Identify product opportunities to expand our clients' addressable and obtainable market, and model revenue impact.
Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years in a product-related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. 7+ years experience with Agile Scrum as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  3. Demonstrable understanding of the payments ecosystem, underlying technologies, and how merchants accept and process payments digitally.
  4. Solid understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle and release process.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  6. Ability to recognize opportunities for product improvements and new products.
  7. Ability to engage a team of product developers and work closely with a team of external contractors.
  8. Experience working collaboratively with business development and client-facing roles.
  9. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other related area required.
  10. English: B2 level or higher.
