We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Total Rewards Strategist to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's business objectives and market trends.
- Evaluate job positions and design salary structures that are competitive and equitable.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior business leaders, to ensure that compensation and benefits programs meet their needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, compensation and benefits best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, finance, or business administration.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a rapid growth technology company.
- Experience with compensation program design and change management, including short-term and long-term incentive pay elements.
- Experience in structured salary design and pricing.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation or job grading methodologies and career architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of end-to-end benefit processes for designing, implementing, and communicating benefits, including insurance programs and leaves.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with no trepidation with ambiguity or lack of a playbook.
