Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the NA region.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions.
- Utilize social media and other creative platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Promote global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
- Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive the company's talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Experience in creating talent pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels.
- Proficiency in the use of social media (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards, etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system.
- Fluent English level.
