Key Responsibilities:

The Process Excellence Lead at Lean Solutions Group will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance service quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process Mapping and Analysis: Map and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  3. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  4. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform new processes.
  5. Performance Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of process improvements.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and leadership.
  7. Document Control: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all processes and procedures.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for further improvement.
