Compensation: COP 2.8M/month.

- You are proficient in customer service, multitasking, and typing.
Responsibilities: We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative with patience, responsibility, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. The CSR is responsible for developing relationships between our clients, service technicians, and operations. We are looking for problem-solvers who enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and are looking to start a professional career.
RequirementsSoft Skills:
- Kind, empathetic, and polite with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emotional intelligence to handle stressed customers.
Hard Skills:
- Proficient with technology.
- Ability to type more than 40 words per minute.
- Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of CRM systems is highly valued.
