About the Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to work with our top-tier strategic customers in North America, providing exceptional technical support and guidance. As a Technical Account Manager 3, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving complex technical issues and providing proactive insights to ensure their success.

With your strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, you will work closely with our customers' developers, architects, and support personnel to troubleshoot complex problems, provide customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, and collaborate with your peers to resolve issues efficiently.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for understanding customer trends, analyzing patterns, and driving improvements to our support process. Responsibilities

  • Use your technical expertise to address customer issues and provide customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.
  • Provide proactive insights and guidance to predict, prepare, or prevent future high-impact situations.
  • Work with our customers' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with your teammates and our Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Understand customer trends, analyze patterns, and drive improvements to our support process.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions.
  • Broad capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code and client-side JavaScript.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High competency in working with customers' developers, analyzing patterns, and driving improvements.
  • Advanced time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Location

This role will be remote and based in Colombia, providing support during US West Coast hours (Pacific Time Zone) is required.
