**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and talented **Technical Product Manager (TPM) **who plays a crucial role in the intersection of technology and business managing the development and implementation of software products or technical solutions. TPM Will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure product success from conception to launch and beyond. The TPM bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that the product meets customer requirements and aligns with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a product roadmap that is aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Collect and prioritize product requirements from various sources, including customers, stakeholders, and market analysis.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Work with engineers to design, develop, and implement new features.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collect and analyze usage data to measure product success- Structure and follow up the team's OKRs
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to provide transparency on progress and gather feedback.
- Understand the technical aspects of the product, including software architecture, APIs, and integration points.
- Make informed decisions regarding technology choices and trade-offs, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring quality standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company.
- Experience in developing and launching digital products.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience working in agile frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and products**.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and development methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in software development or engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, AI/ML, or other emerging technologies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Shortcut.
