Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Project Manager - Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our TA Transformation team as Junior Project Managers. In this role, you will support various global continuous improvement and technology projects within our Global TA COE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior project managers in the execution of day-to-day project activities.
  • Assist with planning, executing, and closing Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Collaborate with various functions and team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and issues are elevated to leadership.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance.
  • Lead project documentation and ensure all records and artifacts are up-to-date.
  • Help identify project risks and support mitigating potential risks.
  • Communicate optimally with stakeholders to capture requirements, provide updates, and advise project team tasks and actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or Project Management Certification.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting project work, preferably on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and social skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
What We Offer

Gallagher offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
