Job Title: Regional Director of Latin America Business Development

Company Overview: David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading investment firm to recruit a seasoned executive for their LATAM office.

Salary: The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Managing Director to lead our business development efforts in the Latin American region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to enhance market presence in the forex industry. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM. They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance market presence in the forex industry.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
  • Explore and establish partnership opportunities to drive regional growth.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with global company goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ambition.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM region.
  • A strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region being a plus.
