About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at dsm-firmenich. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Consumer Fragrances market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion;
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion;
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Commercial Strategy
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the B2B market;
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets;
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal skills).
