About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at dsm-firmenich. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Consumer Fragrances market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the B2B market;
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets;
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal skills).
