Job Overview:

We're seeking a mid-senior Fintech Strategy Manager to drive the growth of digital products for our private and public sector clients in Colombia and Latin America. As the main lead for our work in Colombia, you'll be the face of the firm in front of existing and prospective clients there and elsewhere in Latin America on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients from fintechs and banks to tech companies and public sector organizations through project development, driving projects forward from initial discovery to build to experimentation phases.
  • Use strong product acumen and business skills to advise on complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external dependencies.
  • Act as project manager for various exciting, meaningful projects in the country and region, including designing new digital credit products, revamping mobile apps for remittance products, and diagnosing low adoption rates for nascent digital currency pilots.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience working in product development, product management, or strategy, preferably in a corporate innovation team, start-up, or consultancy/agency.
  • Experience working in the fintech or Digital Financial Services sector, ideally B2C, with specific experience in payments, credit, remittances, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish; work authorization in Colombia, and be based in Medellin or Bogota.
