About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategy Director to lead our digital marketing efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing e-business priorities across all countries within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of e-business priorities in alignment with our regional strategy, global trade management strategy, and digital plans.
  • Train and support local countries in the implementation of e-business tools and methods.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid and owned platforms, to drive business growth.
  • Initiate and propose digital marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • Adapt global and regional communication for optimal utilization in digital channels.
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for digital activities.
  • Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership position. Your expertise should encompass strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.

Your Qualifications:
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills (B2-C1 level).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and methodologies.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
