Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to drive the implementation of e-Business priorities for all countries within the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining digital marketing strategies, including paid and owned platforms, and adapting global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channels.

E-Salary: SEK 298,100

This role requires a university degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication, with a minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in digital. You should have very good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strategic thinking abilities. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of e-Business priorities for all countries within the region in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy, and BU digital plans.
  • Train and support local countries in the implementation of e-Business tools and methods.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including paid and owned platforms.
  • Adapt global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channels.
  • Set correct and clear KPIs for digital activities and monitor effects, following up, evaluating, and taking corrective actions if needed.
  • Participate in Global and BU projects to ensure regional E-Commerce and digital needs are represented.
  • Support sales via external On-Line stores in cooperation with relevant stakeholders from other BUs and countries in the region.
