The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Support Specialist to provide essential support to our accounts team. This role is ideal for a highly dependable and task-focused individual looking to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our network of creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to project specifications.
- Track deadlines, organize to-do lists, and keep project management tools up-to-date.
- Assist with building and managing ads on paid social platforms.
- Conduct moderate data analysis to support reporting needs.
- Create presentation materials to be reviewed by senior account staff for client meetings.
- Perform other support tasks as needed to ensure the account team's operations run efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to build reports, manage data, and use social media ad platforms.
- Strong accuracy and thoroughness in task execution.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple project elements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with the internal team and creator network.
