Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Utilize Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite to track sales, manage documentation, and streamline operations.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, vendor management, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for drop shipping.
