Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve success with Infobip's products and services.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, provide solutions to client problems, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer Technical Support: Help clients understand how to effectively utilize Infobip's products and services.
  2. Address Technical Concerns: Resolve incidents reported by clients, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  3. Partner on Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products or develop new ones based on client needs.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Keep clients informed about updates, changes, and improvements related to Infobip's products and services.
  5. Suggest Additional Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional Infobip products and services to clients.
  6. Stay Current on Industry Developments: Stay informed about industry advancements in technology, identifying opportunities for Infobip to innovate and improve its offerings.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in technical account management or similar roles, preferably in a customer-facing position.
  3. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  4. Experience with Agile project management methodology.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
  8. Fluency in English is required.
