About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Eli Lilly and Company. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with scientific experts in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and communicate deep scientific knowledge in the cardiovascular therapeutic area
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain the highest level of technical expertise
- Establish yourself as a reliable, trusted resource for unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific information
- Excel at customer engagement and support medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts
- Synthesize complex data and effectively communicate meaningful clinical insights
Requirements
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) required
- 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired
- Familiarity with health systems, academic communities, medical research, and medical education process highly valued
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking
