Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team at Full Circle Agency. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be based in Central or South America.

About the Role

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts on Amazon Seller Central. Your primary goal will be to ensure that clients' accounts are running smoothly, and any issues are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during your assigned shift, responding to inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Account Health Management: You will monitor and maintain the health of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and proactively identifying potential issues.
  • Issue Resolution: You will resolve product listing errors, order discrepancies, and other Amazon Seller Central issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Listing Optimization: You will optimize product listings for enhanced visibility and sales performance, conducting audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information.
  • Reporting: You will prepare detailed shift reports for the Manager, summarizing tasks completed, issues resolved, and updates for the next team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, client communication, or account management.
