Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to provide day-to-day administration and tier two support for our new D365 ERP and proprietary procurement platform.

Key Performance Indicators

The primary indicators of success for this role will be:

  1. Ensuring both systems remain functional and up-to-date
  2. Providing support to end users to ensure they can operate in alignment with standard operating procedures
  3. Collaborating with the business to develop solutions aligned to product roadmaps

Secondary indicators will include:

  1. Accuracy of information and data
  2. Clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders
Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing second-tier end-user support for both platforms
  2. Ensuring both systems remain functional and up-to-date
  3. Supporting the tier-one team members with day-to-day BAU and general knowledge sharing
  4. Collaborating with the internal transformation team
  5. Understanding operational processes and championing them
  6. Liaising with subject matter experts regarding instruction and scheduling
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A strong working knowledge of D365 FO system
  2. Knowledge of financial principles
  3. A proven track record of delivering successful system support
  4. SQL knowledge is desirable but not essential
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and diligence
  6. Exceptional communication skills, as support will be delivered across multiple worldwide markets and to colleagues at all levels of seniority
