As a Customer Solutions Engineer at minka_, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their product goals and objectives. You will work closely with the sales team to facilitate smoother and faster sales cycles, and help drive higher win rates.

You will also be responsible for giving consultative presentations to C-level business executives, as well as detailed, in-depth discussions with technical audiences. Additionally, you will design and deploy integrations between minka_ and customer core transactional systems.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the product, tech, and growth teams to understand the sales roadmap and drive end-to-end responsibilities.

Be a Solver

You will serve as the go-to technical resource for the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle, helping to define better processes to support the sales team and provide insights to the engineering and product teams to improve our API.

You will build solutions, analysis, and analytics to match prospect's business and technical requirements, and conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers to gather and document key requirements.

Write it Down

You will document product gaps to our engineering and product teams, helping to drive better product-market fit and win rates. Additionally, you will learn, learn, and learn at least 1/4 of your time.

Required Skills
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks and software development principles.
  • Understanding of the internet and web protocols, including TCP/IP and REST APIs.
  • Experience in solution architecting, project scoping, and product demonstration skills.
  • Positive, motivated attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills
  • Passion for technology and improving financial services.
  • Previous experience working in a pre-sales consulting role.
  • Experience using automation platforms.
