Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Identify and resolve technical challenges faced by associates, utilizing your foundational IT knowledge.
  • Deliver user-level support by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Manage the lifecycle of help tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.
  • Assist associates through virtual troubleshooting sessions, guiding them step-by-step.
  • Prioritize and monitor support requests based on urgency and status updates.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in IT or relevant experience in the field.
  • At least six months of experience in the BPO sector.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles and desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • A strong desire to understand and address issues, with the ability to convey solutions effectively.
  • A customer-centric approach, characterized by a positive attitude and eagerness to assist others.
