Your Role:
In this position, you will be the go-to person for resolving technical challenges. Your expertise will not only assist in troubleshooting but also contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting associates by leveraging your IT knowledge.
- Provide comprehensive technical support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC hardware and software.
- Manage the help ticket lifecycle, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.
- Assist associates through virtual troubleshooting sessions, guiding them step-by-step.
- Prioritize and monitor ticket requests to ensure swift resolutions.
Qualifications:
- A degree in IT or relevant experience in the field.
- At least 6 months of experience in the BPO sector.
- Fundamental knowledge of IT and desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- A strong desire to understand and address technical issues effectively.
- Ability to conduct virtual troubleshooting and provide clear solutions.
- A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude towards assisting others.
