Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Identify and resolve technical challenges faced by associates, utilizing your IT knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Deliver user-level technical support by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Manage the help ticket lifecycle, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.
  • Assist associates through virtual troubleshooting sessions, guiding them step-by-step.
  • Prioritize and monitor ticket requests, addressing escalations as necessary.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in IT or relevant experience in the field.
  • At least six months of experience in the BPO sector.
  • Fundamental IT skills, particularly in desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • A commitment to understanding and addressing technical issues with empathy and clarity.
  • A proactive approach to guiding associates through IT solutions during virtual meetings.
