Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

- Deliver user-level technical support by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Manage the help ticket lifecycle, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.

What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in IT or relevant experience in the field.
- At least six months of experience in the BPO sector.
