- A history of launching and scaling fintech products, particularly within Colombia, along with a proven ability to design and refine processes.
- Strong business insight, with an understanding of the unit economics associated with various financial services products being a plus.
- The ability to navigate complex situations while managing demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to convey information clearly and effectively across all organizational levels.
