As a key member of the Qualfon team, the Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our operations, driving results that exceed client expectations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence, including performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Back Office Operations and Production, with 2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Back Office Operations and Production.
  • Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
