Job Title: Global Media Performance Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Media Performance Director to lead our media team in Peru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performance media strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute high-performance media strategies that drive measurable results for clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead a top-tier team of media professionals in Peru, providing guidance and support to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
- Client Success: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring their media investments are driving the expected outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily delivery of media campaigns, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Connection & Support: Connect with the broader media team, providing support for specific needs that arise across different media disciplines.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in Performance Media, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the financial aspects of media campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that client budgets are utilized to achieve the best possible results.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, with a deep specialization in Performance Media (Paid Social and Paid Search).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, focusing on delivering measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in driving client results through innovative media strategies and tactical execution.
- Extensive knowledge of digital media platforms and an in-depth understanding of the Performance Media landscape.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make decisions that enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills in leading teams and engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced expertise in campaign management/optimization and digital media operations.
- Fluency in English (CEFR C1) is required, with proficiency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
